generations of the family (also celebrities in the outdoor adventure space) have
been active in the operations for the past twenty years. They understand the
business and property hold tremendous additional potential through expansion,
and redevelopment with modern new concepts and amenities.
They are willing to
sell the business and real estate outright or joint venture with one or more
qualified commercial / hospitality developer(s). They would only consider such
participation with qualified development firms that understand and share the
potential for their vision. The family is not willing to provide any financing
assistance or participate in a joint venture with any Buyer interested in
maintaining the status quo or making only incremental improvements.
