Two expert sessions your group chooses, on the things you decide you need most.
NDAs are signed. Everyone sets one North Star goal for the year, broken into monthly milestones you report on. Structure and a safe space, both.
How you get in
The best way in is the Owner Mode Sprint. One week, where you go deep on exactly what you're building. Most people in the room start there.
Then you apply. It's selective, so it's an application and a conversation, not a checkout. We're deliberate about who goes in which room, because a room is only as good as the people in it.
