All five stores are fully operational with experienced management and employees in place, allowing for absentee ownership. Sale includes the furniture, fixtures and equipment used to operate the stores, including commercial pizza ovens, mixers, refrigeration/freezers, prep units, dough equipment, POS systems, signage, smallwares and other restaurant equipment.
Also included is a substantial package of backup and replacement equipment from a recently closed sixth location, including a double-stack pizza oven, commercial mixer, refrigerated prep unit, walk-in cooler, freezer and additional equipment.
