your coach will put you through a customized 1-on-1 program, giving your body

need for traditional gym equipment. More importantly, the low impact technology
is easy on your joints and tendons, making BODY20 ideal for all ages and fitness
levels. Though BODY20 and EMS technology are new to Pennsylvania, EMS gyms have
