Overview

I started this as a side hustle in 2023, and it's grown into a real wholesale breakfast burrito business here in Bozeman. We make grab-and-go burritos and deliver them fresh to coffee shops, gas stations, and grocery stores all over the Gallatin Valley. Fourteen accounts order from us every week on standing orders, two to three times a week each, so the revenue is steady and predictable.
It isn't catering and it isn't seasonal. Same accounts, same orders, week in and week out. The numbers are solid.
We're at about $177K in revenue over the last twelve months on a $210K a year run rate, with a 66.5% gross margin. My recent months have been running $7 to $8K in profit, and trailing owner earnings are around $77K and still climbing.
I'm happy to walk a serious buyer through the full financials. What makes this easy to step into is that the back office is already built. There's a custom ordering portal where accounts place their own orders, an admin dashboard that runs production and delivery, and automated invoicing.
All seven recipes, the housemade green chili, the batch math, and the whole production process are written down and ready to hand off. Nothing important lives only in my head. Honestly, the best part is the hours.
I run the whole thing in about 24 to 32 hours a week: two or three production days around 8 hours each, and two delivery days around 4 hours each. It's easy to hire out too. A cook and a delivery driver could cover almost everything I do.
Over the life of the business we've sold more than 40,000 burritos and held a 5.0-star reputation, and the brand has a real Montana identity behind it. I'm selling because I've got other ventures I want to focus on, and I'll stay on up to a year, hands-off, to make sure whoever takes over has a smooth handoff and keeps every account.
