I started Country Max Stores in 2020 because I believe in one simple thing.
People will always take care of their pets, the same way they take care of their
kids. That belief has guided every product decision I have made, and it has
built an established Amazon FBA business that has stayed profitable and
resilient year after year, with $545,676 in trailing twelve month revenue and
$84,705 in trailing twelve month net profit.
My store sells premium dog food, training treats, dental chews, grooming and
odor control products, and flea and tick care items. These are not impulse
purchases. They are products that pet owners buy again and again because their
dogs depend on them, and that recurring, needs based demand from a loyal
customer base is what has made this business so consistent.
The entire business is run by one employee, and I use a third party logistics
provider to handle all storage, packing, and shipping. I personally never touch
a single unit of inventory, and everything from receiving to fulfillment is
handled by my 3PL partner. This means the business is fully hands off on the
operational side, a new owner does not need any ecommerce experience, and there
is never a need to manage a warehouse, pack a box, or deal with physical
inventory directly.
I also run the whole thing from home, which keeps overhead
low and makes the business easy to operate from anywhere.
