RX Software is a Digital RX. Averages 130 - 150 retail scripts a day. Diversified patient base.
PIC may stay during the transition, and, possibly, part-time after the acquisition is finalized, open to negotiation. We are looking for licensed PharmD’s or investors who know the retail pharmacy business. Clean books, no Board violation, no litigation [per seller].
