The Lodge is a luxury resort on 16 wooded acres with lake frontage on Lake
Martin. The property was designed with a 'hunting lodge' theme and has proven
very popular with guests. The property could be converted to a bed and breakfast
but currently operates as a venue offering various type of events such as
weddings, reunions, retreats and family get togethers.
there is enough space for
up to 35 overnight guests and for up to 150 event guests. There is a large
parking lot and a golf car included that can be used to shuttle guests back and
forth.
The interior includes a large kitchen area, game room, party barn and large
bedrooms with several built-in bunks and large king sized beds.
There's a large
fireplace in the main room, a laundry room and owner's closet for supplies.
the outdoor space with a lake view has hiking trails, a large fireplace, fire
pits, a grilling station, hot tub and beach swimming area.
